The Hawaii Circus Retreat integrates the healing energy of the Big Island and the physical and creative aspects of circus arts and complementary physical disciplines. The week-long workshops allow each participant to create a unique experience that will differ per participant; whether their interest lies in circus or just a unique health and fitness experience. Some of the physical activities that will be offered include yoga, pilates, physical theatre, capoeira, dance, tumbling, as well as some unique Hawaiian workshops. The circus programming aims to improve technique and invoke artistry within the individual participant's training program, and to incorporate a health-oriented holistic approach to the training experience.
